lunch - boo-bad, followed by tummy ache, followed by alkaseltzer,
boo-bad=home grilled sirloin patty on whole wheat with lots of tomato, ffPringles,
diet coke
dinner - Chi's Express shrimp w/veggies, egg roll w/one packet duck sauce/hot tea
hot tea again
no sweets today
Tomorrow is grocery day. Whole Foods for lowfat granola, almonds, chkn sausage
Kroger list includes VeggieMex makin's, lots of fresh veggies and fruits, frozen blackberries for the granola, almonds, and lowfat vanilla yogurt (standard brkfst when on 4-day-diet).
True Lime - I find it near the artificial sweetners on the baking aisle. Sprinkle on avocado, but also margaritas and other stuff. At first I found it in a sprinkle on bottle like dried herbs, then only in pre-packaged single serve like sweeteners.
I haven't checked the links yet. Really busy prepping for visit from TX cousin, P.A. Arrives on Wednesday, leaves on Friday. RCUU goes back to work next week (I'll get more done.)
Hungry Girl site sounds good. Really need to see it tonight, since tomorrow is grocery day. Meds haven't kicked in yet. Maybe. . .
ES has a good solution when leaving for work before she is awake. In advance, she preps container with fruit and yogurt, ziplock of granola and almonds, and a plastic spoon. She pours from ziplock into container. That and her hot tea and she's out the door with a healthy breakfast that sometimes has to last all day. Got that right, ES?
